Radical Acts of Creativity

Radical Acts of Creativity will focus on how an artist can cultivate interests and experiences in the world as inspiration and content for energized and expressive photography and art making. Sessions* will include visual lectures exposing students to activist art making by individuals and groups to create open discussions. The course will include exercises, self-assignments, critique and field trip(s). Do you have a project in the works, ideas you would like to explore, or thoughts yet developed?  Bring your started projects and ideas to the first class and this workshop will support you in taking the next steps.

*Class meets: 9/15, 10/13, 11/17, 12/8

Prerequisite:

This course is suitable for the photographer who has a working knowledge of their camera and Lightroom (or equivalent).

To participate in this class, student must be 18 years of age or the minimum of a high school graduate (or the equivalent).
