Intensive Digital Camera – Summer Edition – A

This 5 week course is designed for the beginner looking to establish a stronger command of their DSLR or mirrorless camera in order to make visually compelling images. Concentrated into 5 weeks, this summer edition class will cover the basics of camera modes, exposure, composition and creative design. Weekly lecture, demonstration and photo excursions will give students a hands on learning experience paired with homework assignments meant to reinforce each lesson. Whether you want to learn the basics in order to take better summer vacation pictures or eventually move forward in our extensive workshop program in more specialized courses, this class has something for everyone.

Prerequisite:

No previous photographic experience is required for this course. All students must have their own digital SLR camera with adjustable exposure settings and manual.

To participate in this class, student must be 18 years of age or the minimum of a high school graduate (or the equivalent).
