Intensive Digital Camera II
This 10-week class is for intermediate photographers looking to take their digital photography further and to continue to challenge themselves by making interesting and exciting photographs with intent. This course builds on the basic digital photographic skills taught in the Digital Camera I, Digital camera 2 and Intensive Digital Camera 1.
Through weekly in-class lecture, critique and hands-on demonstration students will increase their understanding of how to use their digital cameras and elevate their image-making from snapshot to photograph. Assignments will reinforce each lesson and encourage students to take chances, applying their new skills to a wide variety of subject matter. Technical information is supplemented each by introducing well-known photographers through creative inspirational lectures and the occasional field trip when possible. This intermediate course is a great way to acquire an even greater facility with the camera.
Recommended Intensive Digital Camera 1 or similar photographic experience is suggested for this course. All students must have their own DSLR or Mirrorless camera with adjustable exposure settings.
To participate in this class, student must be 18 years of age or the minimum of a high school graduate (or the equivalent).
